Piedmont Cotillions would like to invite your rising 5th to 8th Grader to participate in our 2025 Sanford Cotillion classes. Our Spring Cotillion is held in February of each year. We look forward to seeing you at our new location next year!

Our program introduces the importance of social graces such as going through a receiving line, making proper introductions, learning to converse comfortably with adults and peers, standing when an adult enters the room, dining etiquette, inviting someone to dance, practicing good social networking skills, RSVPs and much more.

The ballroom program includes basic Foxtrot, Cha-Cha, and Waltz. In addition, the Tango, Swing, Western Dances, slow dances, line dances, and other popular dances are taught. Eighth graders will enjoy dressing for special theme nights like Western Night and a Beach Night!

Parents of fifth and sixth graders are cordially invited to attend the last class to observe and dance with their children. Eighth graders will enjoy a special class with a DJ on the last night. 

Classes are scheduled on Thursday evenings and run for 5 weeks at 5:45 pm for 5th graders, 7:00 pm for 6th graders and 8:15 for 7th and 8th grades.
